easy parking good sized room comfortable bed tasteless soup sugary drink poor quality food

i found easy parking upon arrival. my room was a good size. the bed was comfortable (i slept very well!).

the restaurant served a soup that was tasteless. i also found the hot chocolate too sugary. the quality of food at the restaurant was subpar for the price.

Location near the bus stop helped get around. The staff impressed me quite a bit.

I requested shallow pillows, but the hotel provided large ones. This forced me to use a folded bath sheet. Not ideal.

friendly staff clean room made to order eggs gluten-free fryer parking charge long queue

The staff greeted us with smiles each day. my room was clean (i am a bit of a neat freak) and the bed linens felt so soft. breakfast included eggs cooked to order. That really set it apart.

the dedicated gluten-free fryer was apparently used for gluten-containing food, which poses a huge problem for those of us with coeliac disease. i also noticed a car parking charge of £10 per night, a bit steep when a car is essential to reach the location. there was only one person staffing reception at times, which caused quite a queue when there were key issues.

i found the breakfast had a good choice and i had no issues at all. the bed was comfortable, and it gave me a good night's sleep. the restaurant offered good food too

i noticed some staff at reception saturday afternoon and night and sunday morning were rude and impatient.
